Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the TriviAI mobile application ("the app", "we", "us", or "our").

By using TriviAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

You may use TriviAI for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Use the app in a way that violates any laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the app or its services.
• Upload or input harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to users who misuse the app.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

TriviAI uses OpenAI's language models to generate trivia questions and responses based on user-submitted topics.

Disclaimer: All trivia content is generated by AI and may include references to popular franchises, real-world individuals, companies, or fictional characters.
These references are not affiliated with or endorsed by their respective owners. Trademarks, names, logos, and copyrights remain the property of their respective holders.

The content may not always be accurate, up-to-date, or appropriate for all audiences. Use discretion, especially with AI-generated content on sensitive or branded topics.

3. Advertisements

TriviAI uses Google AdMob to serve in-app advertisements. You may see third-party ads during your use of the app. These ads are governed by Google's policies.

We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for any products or services advertised.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the app, including the app design, branding, and user interface, is the intellectual property of TriviAI unless otherwise noted.

AI-generated content belongs to its respective copyright holders or is considered fair use under transformative use (e.g., trivia generation).

5. Limitation of Liability

TriviAI is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated trivia.
• Availability of the app at all times.
• That the app will be error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriviAI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the app or in our app store listing.

Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
